The total investment in the project is RMB 150 million( equal to $19.11million )，there will be solved by cooperation of joint venture or financing or debiting and crediting. And the designed processing capacity is buckwheat 30000mt per year, roasted buckwheat kernel 6023mt, to convert buckwheat flour into buckwheat protein, buckwheat starch, buckwheat snack & expanded food; buckwheat instant food 10200mt, to convert buckwheat kernel into buckwheat meal, instant food 4500mt, by-product – buckwheat hull 7275mt per year which is produced into environmental gift boxes, tea-services, and snack utensils. The total amount is about 250 million pieces, so the economical profit is remarkable. As the operator of the project, Yantai Haili owns the import and export authority and it has been engaged in the export of buckwheat for 8 years and establish long-term good relationship with foreign customers. Haili is equipped with a professional team for producing and scientific research. It has been three years since the start-up of the project. The construction of the 7150m2 factory located in YETDZ has been into the ends. The factory is covering land of 80 Mu in Yantai ETDZ. The design of project on industrialization, building, planning and programming, project market research, business report, feasibility report, trademark registration have been done. The import of foreign equipment is under negotiation. So Haili’s buckwheat deep-processing project, both on technology and the variety of product, has bridged the gap in this field.
